After long waiting and fighting with RO CARE they have taken out and drained our energy,un professional guys Finally they sent a technician who was good and knowledge which was outsourced by them I gve 1 star for not helping me when required But 5 ⭐ for the last technician whose name is Shubam

Charged me more than actual price but did not receive an invoice for the same. Tried contacting them multiple times but no response. Strict legal actions has to be taken against them for this type of act.

My ro spoil bcoz of ur last technician he spoil my Ro part and give me wrong information that plz take this package mca this will help you in future if your Ro not working or have any problem full parts will change... but he tell me lie socket is not including in this package.... No one solve my problem I am seriously very disappointed with this company and company service

Not at all happy. You have charged 4800/- and bill was not given. Kindly send me copy of the bill. Even old removed filters taken away by technician.

Technicians are inexperienced and least knowledge. Had my Ac installation done, they installed incorrectly giving some false reasons charged unreasonably and still my ac is not working

R O Care has been taking care of my RO system for last 5 years . Their technicians are extremely professional and have kept my RO system as good as new. Mr Sushil Tiwari is an excellent technician who always reaches on time for a complaint. He is courteous and polite in his manners. Thank you Tiwariji and R O Care.

Responded promptly. As assured service call was booked and got the sevice in time. Need to know status of my AMC - is there or not ? charges for call service and cost of filter . I was charged Rs. 1350/ - for call charges and cost of new filter. Need a confirmation that charges are as per norms ?

Poor service and maintenance done. After service from engineer my RO stops working and leaking very badly. Service engineer changed all filters and replaced with faulty product. After switching off power filters works automatically, overflowing the RO. Auto cutoff system stops working. I had tried to contact RO care & Service engineer but no response from both sides. Worst experience from RO care.

The service was quick. Within a day after the call the technician visited. UV tube and filter is changed. Total cost UV tube 950, Filter-950, service charges-300. Now my RO is good to go.

Very prompt response and genuine service. I was trying for authorised service from aqua guard but no response for 1week. Then i went for RO care India with in 24hrs my complaint was resolved and nominal fee only charged. Thank u
