Just returned last week from a 10 days holiday, the trip was planned by Ravi India Tours . Must compliment them on their dedication and passion for their work. We surely would be contacting them for all our future trips and would highly recommend the company
Right from day one, when I inquired about my trip to anything in the middle, and finally after the journey, I felt like someone is spying on me and had all the answers/solutions to my questions! Amazing people! I highly recommend Ravi India Tours your dream destinations and once in a life time experiences!
Professional and decisive. Me and my husband hired his services to do the Golden Triangle; Agra and Jaipur. He arranged transportation, accomodation and guided tours with Spanish guide in our case. As a driver he was always ready to take us whenever we needed, with a very clean car. He reccomended us some places to go, or taking us to a place we wanted. Always asking for feedback to make sure we liked everything, the experience ,the guides, the monuments, he is so thoughtful. He gives you in advance the name of the hotels where to stay according to your budget, so you can have a look beforehand and choose. What we were also happy with, is that when we arrived to one of the hotels, we didn't like the room and he immediately came to the hotel, arranged another room for us, and as we weren't still convinced he suggested to change hotel if we wanted and so we did. We didn't have to worry about anything, we continued with the tour while he arranged the new hotel for us. In those moments is when you see the quality of the service, which is wonderful. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind and professional! Highly recommended.Thank you! Services City tours, Guided walking tours, Private tours, Sightseeing tours
Awesome delhi tour experience. My parents are vry happy with this tour. Mr. Ravi is nice man and best guide for a new traveler.. He is also covered a maximum sightseen in short time. Because a timing issue.. If anyone planning for a new delhi tour Or agra mathura tour.. Without any late contact to Mr.Ravi.
BRILLIANT AS ALWAYS!! We have returned from another 2 weeks in India and for the first 8 days used Ravis services. As always the service was excellent, local knowledge unsurpassed, car spotless as always and overall service 110%. Cant recommend him highly enough.
My husband and I have just returned back to Ausrtralia after our 14 day Rajasthan private tour organized by Ravi Kumar Sasmal from Ravi India Tours. He was not only able to suggest a route but also gave us accomodation choices from which we could choose from. Our driver and guide Milad,(Ravi was unavailable) drove carefully and patiently in road conditions that can only be experienced in India. At each major palace or fort we always had an accretited guide waiting for us. This made sightseeing interesting and seamless without any urgency. On our way we spoke to people on large bus group tours only to hear stories of rush, rush, rush, with no time to relax .We would recommend Ravi India Tours for their quick response to our emails and to the high standard of the tour.
