He is a gem of a person, very kind hearted, talkative and lively personality. Very few of guide whom I have come across till now. He is doing fantastic work in his field of business. We travelled from Dehradun to Jim Corbett to Rishikesh to Delhi & the trip went off very well !! Especially our driver cum guide - Mr. Vipin ji was very helpful & supportive. Very punctual and adjusting. Felt completely safe on our long journeys. No complaints at all. It was a memorable tour!

We had a 6 days 7 nights trip with Ram Shankar ji. Everything turned out perfect, clean and well maintained van, well trained professional driver with safe driving throughout. I initially found the charges to be on higher side, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend to families and groups.

The owner Mr. Ram shankar himself drove the ride. He reported on time and was courteous and understanding. Quality of the car is top-notch, got an updragation from Sedan to XUV - without extra charges. He explained the itenary at the start of the trip and made us aware of the rules at each site. I fully recommend Book My Tours to any tourists coming to Delhi.
