It was AMAZING Experience in kerala trip with Mystic India Tourism as we Travel for the first time with Mystic.. All the Arragement was perfect as on time with Driver Pravin bhai is helpful in each of the places we travel. All Hotels and Resorts are up to the Mark and full facilities as We demanded during the tour for Whole Family. Rooms as well as bathrooms are Nice and clean .Foods also Delicious as we prefer Veg Food for whole the Tour. AMAZING THE WORD FOR THIS TOUR EXPERIENCE OF KERALA IN CHRISTMAS 2023 .

This is the second tour arranged for us by mystic India Tourism. Very good, pet friendly resorts with good food, comfortable travel vehicle in a reasonable rate provided.

Had a wonderful vacation trip in Dec 2025, perfectly arranged by Mystic team, everything was on time and highy professional. Despite my 1st experience with Mystic, we really had a wonderful trip all way out, hats off team.....highly recommended . Anyway am renewing my next family vacation with Mystic India . Extremely poor service. The hotels provided were of much lower quality & worst service than what was shown and promised earlier. Once the payment was made, there was absolutely no support or concern for the customers. The staff displayed rude, unprofessional, and abusive behavior, with zero sense of responsibility or customer care. This was my worst-ever family travel experience, during our Kerala tour in December 2025. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My sincere advice is to always choose a reputed and trustworthy tourism company—never compromise for small cost savings, as it can completely ruin your travel experience.

Recently we had a trip to Delhi , Jaipur, Mathura, Vrundavan, Rushikesh, Haridwar. We are 9 members including kids. Really enjoyed th whole trip. Especially we like the food arrangements by the hotels and history of the places.Driver is sincere.They arranged a surprise for our wedding anniversary and Birthday of one of family member which is awesome. There are few hickups: 1. Driver is notable to communicate in English 2. Driver always drops at parking and asking us to walk from there ..its difficult to walk for elders 3. Important one is...Driver should have proper agenda so that we shouldnt guide him always as we new to those places.

We are from Kolkata (2 adults and 2 children), and we recently completed our Uttarakhand trip covering Nainital, Almora, Kausani, and Ranikhet for 5 nights and 6 days. Our experience with the travel agency was excellent. They arranged hotels in prime locations with beautiful view rooms. All the hotels were neat, clean, and well-maintained, and the food quality was also very good. We will definitely plan our future trips with Mystic India Tourism.

We went on a Uttarakhand trip and the arrangements done by Mystic India Tourisam was excellent particularly the hotels were excellent and food was also very good, and the staff behavior was excellent. Special Thanks to Saurabh Sir because he take care of us just like a family member he managed each and every thing.Our hotel's are very beautiful and with cooperative staff .Our driver Mr Shabbir Sir is also very nice person because of him we not feel that we r in other state .He knows Hindi well and he is very prompt about time.He is always ready for our service. We visited Cochi,Munnar, Thekkadi, Alleppey,Kohalam,Poover, Kanyakumari and Trivendram.our tour was 10 night and 11days .Our experience is great.
