I used Mystic Travel to plan a family holiday to India. I started liaising with them at least 4 months before the holidays. We unfortunately got a disappointing surprise when we got to Delhi, starting from the car that picked us up to the hotel. After the first hotel experience, I asked the agent to upgrade our stay and I paid a fortune for the upgrade. However, the hotels that were booked in the other cities were horrible as well. We gathered that it’s all about money with this agent. They try to help but at the end if the day, they just want more money for every single thing. Speaking to the agent and liaising with him started to become very painful. We had a bad and disappointing experience with this agent.We were unlucky with this booking.
