I am from Chennai and I recently traveled to Rajasthan with my family and friends for 10 days (Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur) , and the arrangements by the Mystic India team were fabulous. From the booking process, where Ravi helped with the itinerary, to the daily follow-ups by Sumant during the tour, everything was highly appreciable. Even when we had some issues with stays and travel, Sumant was always there for support and made alternate arrangements. The team is very flexible and always gave me multiple options when I needed to change plans during the visit. I would recommend Mystic India to everyone and plan to use them for my future tours as well. Thanks a lot, Ravi and Sumant! My only suggestion would be to have better drivers, as the one we got was not very cooperative and seemed to suggest only the restaurants or shopping centers where he gets a commission.

We are grateful that Mr. Sumant Singh & Mystic India Tourism, coordinated our trip to Kerala. Choosing to believe Mystic India Tourism based just on its internet presence was difficult, but it was a wise one. Everything was really well organized: safe travel, spotless lodgings, and flawless itinerary arrangement. Driver Shan has excellent driving skills on Kerala's ghats and was also a very friendly person.

Booked a 4 day couples' trip to Meghalaya with them and it was quite a pleasant experience. The team kept in touch with us right from the beginning to the end. The driver they'd arranged for us was very polite and exceptional. All the hotel staff were too nice as well! We missed a few places due to bad weather but that's not on the team. They did their best to squeeze in as many places as possible. The only reason I'm not giving them all 5 stars is because the hotel they put us up was not a 3-star hotel as was initially mentioned in the service voucher. The hotel staff, while being incredibly polite, the room was not upto our expectations. Overall great service from the whole mystic tourism team and I would recommend booking your trip with them!

We had great experience right from booking the trip until we end our trip. Mr. Saurabh made changes in tour plan and hotels on our request. We had a trip to Uttrakhand for 7N/8D. We traveled from Mumbai to Delhi. We check out late as one of our baggage not arrived with us. The driver was constantly in touch with us. Mystic India took care of our luggage as we proceed with our travel plan. Hotels and food was quite good, at one occasion we complained Mr. Saurabh for hotel service at Haridwar and he promptly took action and the issue was resolved. Thank you Mr. Saurabh for Perfectly organising travel and special thanks to our driver Mr. Rajkumar. We found him very cooperative, quiet and decent behaved. He kept vehicle neat and clean through out our trip. Definitely I will recommend my friends, colleagues and relatives to avail Mystic India service.

I visited many times to south India, always I will have bad experience with the arrangement, however This is my first time travelling through North India with the last-minute arrangement for Maha Kumba Mela. fantastic arrangement on the logistic, and the Tour Guide is well, explain on each side. I have utilised services from Mystic tourism 2 times. Once for Kerala & other for Uttarakhand.Its There was no deviation found in what was discussed & what actually happened. For eg Hotels, Vehicle , Food quality, Hospitality, & most important according to me the Driver of the vehicle was very much disciplined. No overspeeding of vehicle,etc. It's also Cost effective. I would definitely recommend Mystic for our holiday plan.
