We booked the Golden Triangle plus Shimla and it was carefully arranged by Mr Shashank from Mystic India Tourism. The 8 day and 7night tour was great and we brought back golden memories. The accommodation and transport were provided according to my budget. Our stay in Shimla was taken care by Ameera Hotel. Simply outstanding and competent. Next, their driver,Mr Vishnu was an amazing guy. Happily took us to local shopping experience at Palika Baazar which was not in our itinerary. Their guides were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for being our travel agent. We are going to recommend you to our friends in Malaysia.

We booked the trip to Andaman from mystic India. It was an amazing experience as the hotels arranged were really classy and everyone from the mystic team worked with perfect coordination to make the trip a most memorable one. A big thanks to team Mystic for such an amazing memory.

Recently went on a trip to Kashmir. The hotel in Pehelgam was very good but stay in Kashmir was too bad and we had to request to change the hotels which was done on the second day Our trip got affected due to last minute flight cancellations . There was no local sight seeing done in Srinagar. They kept delaying saying they would cover all places on the last day but none of it was covered. Nothing was implemented the way it was mentioned to us while booking the package. There was no coordination between the driver local representative and the agent.

Really good experience with MYSTIC INDIA TOURISM.. these guys are just awesome. Booked a one week tour with family in northern india. Hotel's room was spacious and clean. Cab driver was also very helpful in everything. Whole tour Company was also in touch. Shashank ji was verifying whether service is good or not about hotel and cab driver. We visited Kerala with a group on May 1st, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. We had booked the trip based on Google reviews, but the actual experience did not match the reviews at all. The tour company had promised guided tours, but upon arrival, we discovered that they charged extra for those services. The itinerary they provided did not include the activities and tours we had been promised. Overall, it was a highly disappointing trip that did not meet our expectations.😡😡😡😡😡😡

I would not recommend this travel agency because they have not properly organized the trip. Some of the places included are unnecessary, likely due to their affiliations with other guides, leading to additional charges for those activities. Furthermore, the lack of clarity regarding the trip's itinerary is concerning. We initially chose this tourism agency based on Google reviews, but we were thoroughly disappointed throughout the journey. The behavior of our tour guide was rude and unprofessional, as he refused to listen to our concerns and instead engaged in arguments with us. Overall, our experience with this tour company fell far short of our expectations.

Recently, I successfully completed my Himachal tour which was started from 3rd may with the help of Mystic India tourism. Firstly I want to thank Mr. Shashank sir for arranging and managing my tour very beautifully. All the hotels provided during the tour are excellent in terms of facilities. Meal provided are also very tasty and accordance with our choice. Our driver Mr. Avatar sing was very polite in speaking and drive vehicle throughout the tour very neatly without any problem. He took us to each and every spot that mentioned in tour iternity. As company offered Himachal tour with very reasonable price, at the beginning I had little doubt about facilities but at the end we have exceptionally best tour experience. Our holiday include Kashmir Delhi Jaipur Agra and varanasi. I didn’t faced any issue in Kashmir & Varanasi as the drivers was systematic and honest. In Delhi to Agra I had driver Vinod, he only bring us to the shop he gets commission such as restaurant/ shopping factory which are expensive. He should ask us first are you okay with this type of restaurant instead of just asking us to get down saying it will be nice. In Jaipur, there were many places such as amber fort, water palace that we told the driver we don’t want to visit because my dad has leg pain. So we already saved his waiting time in this type of places. Our intention in Jaipur was shopping. But the driver always brings us to some so called FACTORY saying cheap which is again shop that he gets commission. But the price is expensive and not good quality. We told him to bring us to bazaar type shopping places such as Hawal mahal bazaar, Bapu bazar. When I was shopping in hawa mahal bazaar. The driver keep rushing and pressuring me to make it fast because he cannot park and wait for us there. He even told us to take auto and go back to hotel our own because he can’t wait for us. So what’s the point we paid for the driver when in the iternary they have written that we have shopping time. He can tell me to take auto and go back hotel. How dare he ? We paid for this trip and it’s not cheap. It’s not free trip for him to say like that. I didn’t even ask him to wait for us at all. I told him to leave us and come back later when we finish shopping. The driver spoiled my mood by not making me to do shopping. He might be not happy because we didn’t buy in the shops that he brings us where he will get commission. And the driver is always on the phone while driving at the highway. Is it safe ? We had inclusions of Jeep ride in amber fort of Jaipur but the driver didn’t mention anything about it. Just brought us to photo point. As a driver he should know that its included. Maybe he took that money ? Next Mr Shashank is not attentive at all whenever I text him and he never check on us at all throughout the trip. When I ask shashank to call me back because I want to discuss this driver issue. He didn’t bother to call me back at all. Anyhow for this review the owner is going to justify their point saying I’m the mistake, i have paid huge amount for this trip. I have the rights to speak for what I’m not satisfied. I don’t care about that because I’m not going to take this tour again, Im writing this review for future client to be careful.

We are really happy for our kerala tour.It was properly organised well planned.We enjoyed very much.. Definitely recommended for it.
