Not professional at all! Pathetic staff who dont even know how to groom a cat or even cut their claws. My cat broke its front tooth while taking a bath and then they say its normal for cats to behave this way!
I had a very nyc experience with karan bhaiya he is very good personally moreover i have taken grooming service for my pet from them which is really very nice.
Not worth bought a golden retriever pup arrived with ticks told them but no response after aweek so many lice were found on it removed hairs was badly infected with fungal infection not to be given a single star totaly frauds no paper given
I searched atleast 10 pet shops before visiting him. Found the best puppy from them Simba loves us .he's filled our life . Do visit them guys .
I bought my dog from Karan he has given me d best of breed golden retriever now I take my dog 4 grooming purposes to d pet point only my fur baby loves going to d pet point u guys r simply best in industry
This shop is the worst pet shop in delhi. Don't ever try to go in this shop. The owner is such a greedy man, he asked us to wait for 1 hr but we had to wait for 6 hrs. He is truly the worst shop owner ever. And heis a rob.
