My lahsa got a great grooming service here and the owner was very patient with him, as my lahsa had some knots. But they groomed him with patience and gave a great look at the end

I bought a shitzu puppy ( Oreo) from Nancy... I must say she is very down to earth and handle every query very nicely... Puppy is very active and cute.. I am very happy to bring him home... My bundle of joy .... Thanks astrokennel and Nancy for bringing colours in my life.... 💖 …

I had a very good experience with Astro Kennel . Nancy took care of my pet while i was out of town v lovingly and caringly . The best part was i could video call and see my Pet whenever i missed him and felt like . Would surely continue to use astro services in future too and all the very best to Nancy .

Booked them for boarding my pet for 3 days, they didn't show up, when I called them, a lady kept saying that she can't get in touch with the person who is supposed to pick my pet, no one showed up! If there is some serious issue, how about informing your client rather that just hanging them there! Don't trust them with boarding of your pets.

We talked to the lady(nancy) she was really sweet and helpful... We got this lovely pup and named him stuffy. He's he cutest fluf ball of joy. Miss Nancy even helped a lot after we got the pup regarding his diet and basic stuff. This was the best experience. We are in love with our little friend and all thanks to astro kennel.

I am Vinay Kumar Pandey, working as Director in Department of Fertilisers, Government of India. I had to gift a beagle puppy to my daughter. After searching a lot in various Pet shops in Delhi, I zeroed in to Astro Kennel as the puppies available with them were worth taking/ reasonably priced as compared to others and the customer handling of Nancy @astrokennel was excellent. She is responsive, understands the requirement of the customer and doesn't impose her choice & conditions on the customer. I purchased a male beagle puppy of around 38 days from her yesterday (pic attached). After purchasing, I took the puppy to Vet doctor and he also confirmed about the quality of the puppy and its age told by Astrokennel. I had very nice experience and hence would like to grade 5 stars to astrokennel and recommend it to the prospective buyers of puppies.
