Rude... Earlier I just wrote Rude, with the experience that I had, however I would like to edit my review after I received a call from the owner. She called and asked me what happened, I explained that I called to enquire about a rotweiler puppy and she informed me that it costs 18000 to which I enquired that others are offering it at 15 or 14 then why 18k for your puppy, to which she replied then buy it from there. I felt that lady is rude and accordingly I posted my reveiew. Listening to this she defended her stance saying that it was her staff, which I am sure it was not, secondly she said that "nobody has abused you then there was no point of writing such comment" Wow !! You do not anything about customer engagement and you dont even know how to take feedbacks in a positive manner. I could have easily removed my review if you could have just said "Sorry". Now I have gone through other reviews and can see what kind of business you do, therefore I am glad that you behaved like this which saved me from buying a puppy from you.
Sad experience. This lady Nancy is very cruel and cheat. Please don’t buy anything from her. She will give you sick puppy after taking money in advance. Don’t go by the photographs she will send you. Insist and see her place as all the address are dubious. May she suffer the way she is showing cruelty towards animals.
I brought beautiful maltese From Astro kennel, they are 100℅ trust worthy we have made the payment before puppies weren't opened up there eye's And we was forcing mam for hand over the pup once they turn 40days But strictly said No.... Nancy mam is true dog Lover and too much dedicated to animals🐵🐔🐶🐷 When our Oscar turn 50 Days then They handover to us Thank To each n everyone working out there for taking good care of our Oscar Special Thanks to Ms Nancy
