Testify Pet Shop & Clinic - Puppies for Sale in Delhi Ncr

The worst experience low class services bad behaviour zero civics sense and what not

Very worst experience. Today afternoon I went along with my 🐕 to buy a lunch for him. The receptionist lady is completely ill treated us . Rather than welcoming us for future, the lady was so much irritated. How come a receptionist sitting in a pet counter can be narrow minded. We know that they are doing the business however pets and parents to be considered as customers.Never ever recommend this store . Really pathetic in nature.

Worst shop ever emergency mai doctors available nahi rhete aur shop mai baaki kisi ko kuch ata bhi nahi hai band kardo apni dukaan isse bhadiya

Extremely disappointing and heartbreaking experience with Testify Kennel We purchased a Golden Retriever puppy from Testify Kennel on 16 August. Unfortunately, from the very day we brought him home, he was unwell, with repeated vomiting and diarrhoea. His condition progressively worsened, and he eventually developed bloody stools followed by a rectal prolapse. What was most distressing was the lack of meaningful support we received from the kennel. Despite their claims of having a clinic and veterinary support, we were left struggling to understand how to manage his condition. We felt that responsibility was repeatedly denied rather than the situation being properly addressed, and we were left helpless while our puppy’s health deteriorated. We also felt that the focus of our interactions was often on selling dog food and other products rather than on the immediate health and well-being of the puppy. Despite our efforts to get him appropriate care, our puppy sadly passed away on 11 September. Losing a puppy we had brought home only a few weeks earlier has been devastating. I am sharing this experience so that prospective buyers are aware of what we went through and carefully consider the health checks, medical records, veterinary support, and after-sale responsibility provided before purchasing a puppy from any breeder or kennel. Please do your due diligence and prioritise the health and welfare of the animal over the sale.
