Epitome of Showing Care "Ritika & Dipanshu"!! Sharing this note to Recognize both of these Incredible Talents. The courtesy and professionalism, not to mention the warmth of "RITIKA" blew me away. Simply Amazing and hats off to her Communication skills she made sure everything that I picked up from was amazing. All in All - Another strong Pillar in your team and I assume it's each member who's an Asset to your brand that every single chance I would love to be at your store rather than others. I mean Hats Off to her- She's a Truly Incredible Human Being and these are Rarest Gestures which we get to see these days and am truly Impressed!! She's an absolute delight and Real Gem and can see the Experience and immense knowledge on how you handle the Customers. Even though I got in contact with her for the first time, she has a long way to go and I wish her all the best! It's been a true pleasure connecting with you RITIKAl!! To be Kind, Patient and Courteous are 3 words which I felt while talking with you and these are rare qualities as these days everyone lacks Kindness or just being courteous and that's unfortunate. To me she's An Exception and Awesome and can truly understand the meaning of the word "CARE" and that's the best thing one can do. We all can shop online and trust some brands but what adds to these simple shopping is these Experiences/Great Memory. Best part was that she managed to get everything billed in the shortest time I have ever seen in the entire India! Ritika: You are Amazing! I surely can see you getting all the Success and Happiness in Life! Pure Magic and Thank You is going to be an understatement and words will never suffice what I felt when I read that note though this is my honest attempt to recognize you and let the Management know - You are Incredible!! WOW & Kudos to You!!! Not sure on the Recognition program in your Brand but would recommend one if we have for her professionalism and superlative skills. WOW RITIKA & DIPANSHU!

I recently had the pleasure of buying pet food from Heads Up For Tails, and I must say that it is an absolute heaven for pet lovers. The service provided by the Shivom is too good.

Loved the store, staff is very helpful.
