Effinity pet shoppee in Janakpuri really best grooming store. This grooming centre really deserve 5 star rating out of 5, highly recommend this grooming centre to everyone those who want good pet grooming. Grooming store near me.
We have a 3 yrs old Oscar and he's very fussy with his grooming. Effinity pretty shoppee did an absolutely phenomenal job in taking care of his grooming needs. The head groomer was patient and sweet with our dog teddy and that's why teddy did not mind the grooming session at all we will definitely recommend people to take their dogs there.
Never ever think of buying anything from them online. They are the most uncultured and unprofessional shop to buy from especially if it is urgent since once the payment is made they will not even pick your call. If you were to call to enquire as by what time will the product be delivered irrespective of when you ordered the standard reply would be either call after an hour or so since I am not at the shop or it will be delivered in an hour or so if and only if the call is picked but like I have suffered many times you too might. My pet has cancer and the medicine ordered in the first half yesterday had not been delivered till now. The distance from their shop to my house is approximately 2 Km.
Very unprofessional. Post payment is accepted they do not pick up d calls or do so at their own willingness. Be careful in dealing with them. I am yet to receive my order post 15 days of payment. Practices appear to be unethical.
A well stocked pet shop! They have everything a pet needs. The staff and owners are knowledgeable and courteous. On the day of my pet's birthday, they made him feel really special - tied a blue ribbon round his neck, sprayed a nice perfume on his coat and gave him a chew stick. And, by the way, it was an unplanned trip to the shop but they were prompt with their gesture. Their grooming services too are more than satisfactory.
Don’t buy online from them. Its been 20 days since i had placed order for medicines with them They haven’t processed the order yet They do not respond to emails or messages sent repeatedly for updates There phone number seems to be switched off And they are not even refunding my money
Amazing customer service. I always buy pet food and medicines online - they ship it the same day and are available on WhatsApp for any queries. Keep up the fantastic work.
