i got my dental appointment done by Dr. poornima ma’am and she has handled my case gently.. the whole cleaning procedure was done smoothly without any pain .. i had a good experience with clove overall. the prices are also very economic … i am definitely coming to clove only for future appointments.

My 4 year daughter got her tooth treatment done that includes cleaning, filling and capping treatment. The treatment was done by Dr. Shubham, he was very friendly to kids and did a great job making the process very smooth for her. Also the assistant Mr. Salman also did a great job by following the instructions and making it easy for kid to take the treatment. Other doctors also were very cooperative. Overall great team thank you for assisting us with the best. Keep up the good work.

Extremely Disturbing and Unacceptable Experience with Dr. REENA TIWARI I am writing this review specifically about Dr. REENA TIWARI at Clove Dental, Krishna Nagar. My experience with her on 12 July 2026 was painful, humiliating, distressing, and completely unacceptable. I reached the clinic at 6:29 PM, exactly according to my scheduled appointment, because my dental crown had come off. I explained my previous treatment history clearly and expected the doctor to listen carefully before proceeding. After Dr. Reena Tiwari fixed the crown, I repeatedly told her that I was feeling severe discomfort and that the crown did not feel right. Instead of taking my concern seriously, checking the fitting properly, or calmly explaining the situation, she repeatedly dismissed what I was feeling and insisted that there was no problem. I requested her to contact my previous dentist, Dr. Purnima Jha, because she knew my dental history and could have provided relevant information. Dr. Reena Tiwari refused and responded that it was a simple procedure and that she had eight years of experience. A doctor’s experience should be reflected in their skill, patience, communication, and willingness to listen to a patient. Simply mentioning years of experience does not justify ignoring a patient who is repeatedly saying that something feels wrong. When she attempted further adjustments, my gum was cut and started bleeding. I was already feeling anxious, and the bleeding made the situation even more frightening and upsetting. Instead of being reassured and treated with patience, I felt completely helpless in the dental chair. Her behavior then became even more unacceptable. She questioned why I had come so late and said that it was the clinic’s closing time. This was shocking because I had arrived exactly according to the appointment provided by the clinic. A patient should never be blamed for attending an appointment at the time officially scheduled by the clinic. The crown felt worse and more uncomfortable than it had before the visit. I requested that it be removed because I could not tolerate the discomfort. My request was refused, and I was told to return on Tuesday. I was also told that she was completing some important billing work and that I should not disturb her and should wait. I found this deeply disrespectful. A patient sitting in pain and distress after a procedure should never be made to feel like an interruption or inconvenience. Throughout the interaction, I felt that resolving my pain was not the priority. I felt rushed, ignored, dismissed, and spoken to without basic sensitivity. I left the clinic angry, anxious, and deeply disturbed by the entire experience. After returning home, I was unable to eat properly because of the pain and discomfort following the procedure. I had visited the clinic expecting relief, but I returned in a worse condition. This was, without question, one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. Based on my personal experience, I found Dr. Reena Tiwari’s conduct dismissive, rude, insensitive, impatient, and highly unprofessional. I will never take treatment from her again, and I would personally avoid any clinic where she is responsible for my dental care. I want to clarify that this complaint is specifically about Dr. Reena Tiwari, not Clove Dental as an organisation. I previously received excellent treatment from Dr. Purnima Jha and Dr. Sonika, both of whom were skilled, respectful, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, they have moved to another clinic. I strongly urge Clove Dental management to investigate this incident, review the treatment provided, examine any available clinical records or CCTV footage, and address the way this patient interaction was handled. No patient should be ignored when reporting discomfort. No patient should be blamed for arriving at their scheduled appointment time. No patient in pain should be treated as a disturbance because a doctor wants to finish billing work or leave the clinic.

I visited Clove Dental today for my child, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and caring throughout the visit. They made my child feel comfortable, and the entire process was smooth and professional. I absolutely loved the service. Highly recommended! ❤️

I recently completed my aligner treatment at Clove Dental, Krishna Nagar, and I’m incredibly happy with the results. The journey was handled very professionally. It was started by Dr. Mahima, and when she went on pregnancy leave, Dr. Pratiksha Bora took over the second half of the treatment. Both orthodontists were excellent and ensured a smooth transition without any hurdles. I’d also like to specially mention Dr. Sonika, the clinic head, who was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout. If you're looking for a reliable place for dental work, I highly recommend them!

Clove dental Krishna Nagar is a well equipped Centre with highly trained doctors and assistants. It's located near Lajpat rai chownk and they keep proper care of hygiene and all the apparatus is sterilised. We got braces treatment and all the staff was very helpful guiding us through the whole treatment.
