AapkiPooja ~ Mahalaxmi Nagar

Collection is good. Staff is friendly

Very disappointing and poorly maintained experience I got a cut on my foot badly while using the trial room because a large iron plate was protruding from the wall. This is a severe maintenance issue, and the room should have been kept out of use until repaired. What was more disappointing was the staff’s response. Even after seeing the severity of the injury and the resulting mess on the floor, the staff were initially busy cleaning the blood stains on the floor instead of providing immediate first aid. The staff at the billing counter only gave a single bandage despite seeing how bad the situation was. We had to ask for the first-aid box ourselves, and only later did a female staff member help us. Basic safety and immediate first aid should be a priority. This incident could have been completely avoided with proper maintenance and timely action.

"Great shop with a wide range of ethnic and casual wear! It’s super convenient to have clothes and shoes all in one spot. The staff is very polite—huge thanks to Kasish for being so helpful and getting my alterations done in record time. I’ll definitely be back!"

I like the attention to detail by the staff but the collection could be more better for top tshirt for plus size girls, mostly those were fitted or size were not available, also please update the bootcut jeans in the stock. Overall good experience.

Great clothes, amazing collection, and excellent quality! The staff was very polite, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mahin for the wonderful assistance and friendly behaviour. Really appreciated the overall shopping experience!

Amazing collection of traditional and modern dresses! The store has something for every taste and style. Loved the variety, quality, and trendy designs. A perfect place for shopping ethnic as well as fashionable outfits. Highly recommended!

I visited AapkiPooja today with my Sister in-law and mother in-law. We really liked the collection of suits, trendy wears and shoe collection. We got what we are looking for, for all of us. And will be visiting again later when they are coming with new collection as well. Service by the sales executives were really good and they were quite helping in choosing right collection as per our need. Thanks for having this in Mahalakshmi nagar which is next to our place. Will visit soon.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had a very disappointing experience at Aapki Pooja. I purchased a pair of footwear from the store, but the size was not correct. At the time of purchase, the owner verbally told me that I could bring it back within two weeks for a replacement. Based on that assurance, I visited the store after about 15 days. However, when I went to replace the footwear, they refused and said their replacement policy is only 3 days. I politely requested them to consider my case and explained that I was only asking because I had followed the timeline they had personally told me. Unfortunately, they still refused to help. What disappointed me the most was that they did not stand by the commitment they had made to me as a customer. If the policy was strictly limited to 3 days, it should have been clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I returned home empty-handed and felt extremely disappointed by the lack of customer support. I hope the store improves its customer service and ensures that customers receive clear and consistent information in the future.

This girls’ wear store ‘’Aapki Pooja’’ has a beautiful collection of trendy and stylish outfits. The fabric quality is excellent, and the designs are perfect for both casual and festive occasions. The staff is polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with size and style suggestions. Prices are reasonable, and the store is well-organized and clean. Overall, it’s a great place for fashionable and comfortable girls’ clothing.” Note:- This store is located at service road infront of Bomabqy hospital zero traffic and zero crouded area soplease must visit.
