STAR VET MULTISPECIALITY PET HEALTHCARE

I had a very disappointing experience at Star Vets today. I went there with a valid prescription to buy urgent medicine for my baby parrot, who was in pain. However, the attendant outright refused to give me the medicine the moment she saw that the prescription was from another vet. Despite my repeated requests and explaining the urgency of the situation, she kept insisting that I go back to the vet who issued the prescription. What made it worse was that I could clearly see the medicine I needed on their shelf, yet she still refused to provide it. Such inhuman and insensitive behavior is the last thing one would expect from a place that is supposed to care for animals. When it comes to an animal in distress, basic empathy and professionalism should come before rigid policies. I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach and prioritize the well-being of animals over unnecessary formalities. Would not recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pets.

The staff is polite and have a caring approach towards the pets. I visited there for the treatment of my bunny quite a few times. The doctor is also very gentle with your pets. Reliable and recommended.

Dr Amit has been a life saviour in most occasions. His confidence in the treatment and recommendations have been accurate and very practical to follow through so far. The clinic is clean and well managed by trained staff.

Dr.Amit is one of the best doctor i met..

I will fully recommend to vist star vets if you have any concern with indie dog or pet dogs the veterinary there have 20+ years experience and will guide you far better from any other vets Thank you star vets for giving the best treatment to even a street dog ❤️

Cured my cat of pneumonia and infectious fever. Handled with care. You may feel the place is dirty but thats not a problem with the care they provide. They are not going to rip you off woth constant bills. Genuine and understanding

I have a golden retriever and he was having ear infection. The staff and the doctor took really good care of my dog and he seems to be healing by now. The clinic is cost effective and they even did things in the same consultation fees itself. Heads up and keep up the good work.

Got her spayed from Dr. Amit and Dr. NK Singh. Absolutely best vet clinic I've been to. The staff were all very compassionate towards Yorki. This is the healing on 3rd day after the surgery. Has healed completely in less than 72 hours from the surgery. I took her back every day for 3 days for antibiotics and painkiller injections. I was able to change her dressing myself from the 4th day. I will definitely stick to Star vets, and would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to go to a commercial establishment where your dogs are a product and not truly cared for. Dr. Amit for the win!

Best vet in Delhi, the most humane treatment of animals across any veterinary clinic I've been to. Dr Amit has single handedly managed so many brutal cases - with minimal cost and remarkable results. Applause all around for this place.

Trippy’s recent vaccination went smoothly. We visited the vet, where he was calm and curious, sniffing around the clinic. The vet Mr Amit kumar was very gentle with him, and Trippy hardly reacted to the injections. He received all the necessary vaccinations, ensuring he stays healthy and protected. Afterward, he was given a treat, which he eagerly accepted, wagging his tail as if nothing had happened. Trippy was as energetic and playful as ever afterward, showing no signs of discomfort. Trippy absolutely loves his grooming sessions! His last bath was a joy for both him and me. He stayed calm as I gently lathered him with his favorite dog-friendly shampoo. The warm water seemed to relax him, and he happily wagged his tail throughout the process. After the bath, I carefully dried him off with a soft towel, and then used a blow dryer on a low setting, which he didn't mind at all. His coat was left shiny, clean, and smelling wonderful. I highly recommend StarVet to all first-time pet parents for consultations, vaccinations, and grooming services.
