I know Alaknanda Diagnostic Lab for the last 20 years. It's very professionally managed. It appears that someone is impersonating or using the name of this lab and giving it a bad name. Unfortunately some people have no patience to verify facts before posting on Google.

Time and money best The doctor did not understand the report, I showed it to another doctor, the same report was fine, but the doctor who sent us to the test center did not see any problem in the report, but the other doctor saw a problem in the same report, there was no problem in the report

I have had excellent experience at this lab. Much better than going to corporate chains as the doctor takes personal interest to ensure accuracy of results. Good experience overall.

I was surprised to see flood of negative reviews being posted by some anonymous people against Alaknanda Diagnostic Lab with which I have been dealing for almost two and a half decades. It is one of the most reliable and ethically and professionally run Lab in South Delhi with the most accurate results. Whosoever has posted these reviews is confusing it with some other lab in the area with deceptively similar name which is probably being run by some cheaters who are taking unsuspecting patients for a ride. I can vouch for this Lab for its quality of service and accuracy of results. In fact I will request the director of Alaknanda Diagnostic Lab to take legal action against these unscrupulous elements to teach them a lesson
