Amazing experience overall, the staff qas really courteous and helped me throughout. I specially like to mention about Ms Khushboo and Ms Gurpreet Kaur who were supporting throughout the process and made my teat process so simple and uncomplicated

Staff has been really amicable and always advise the best possible solutions , the only issue is to wait and quieting up..since it is state of the art facility an online que tracking mechanism will really help patient in pain and suffering

Reports are not appropriate , means clearly shows error in results

The staff is very good but services are not upto the mark they said that we will be delivering your report on your mobile phone within 24 hrs but they didn't.

This is a well manages HOD, and the service provider are quite satisfactory. The staff is very polite, especially Ms. Manisha dangwal who was extremely helpfully during my visit.

I had an excellent experience at HOD Rajouri during my full body check. For any assistance, I highly recommend reaching out to Gurpreet Kaur she was incredibly helpful. Overall, a top-notch diagnostic center with great service. it’s great service.

I’m a regular at HOD Rajouri and my entire family gets tests done here. They’ve got all tests at competitive pricing. Ambience is also very upscale. However, lately for a HB1AC test conducted 4 days apart (through home collection service), the reading came vastly different (7.3 and 6.1). This is not normal variation in 4 days. Makes me doubt the correctness of the lab results. When raised the question, lab staff said both readings are correct, which doesn’t seem right to me.
