The facilities are extremely inadequate, as it takes an entire day just to get a test done. There is no clear organization or structure in the processes being followed. The department lacks coordination and communication. The doctors seem to have a similar attitude to government hospitals, often taking frequent tea breaks and long lunch breaks.
I had a visit here today 1st time. The staff is really friendly Archana and Khoshboo were really helpful and very responsive. They have a whole building so theres no chaos at a single floor even on Saturdays. Clean and very positive place to visit.
My experience at HOD was really good. Everything happend well within time and special thanks to Ms. Gurpreet Kaur for arranging and helping with all tests so fast. Thanks a lot it was a nice experience.

Recently I visited HOD diagnostics for my wife's ultrasound,the ok overall experience was smooth and streamlined approach for every things right from billing to test and repost generation.Wouls recommend others also
Team is really very good. Specially the delivery desk team. Serving patients with smile. My only request to management is to take care of their staff sitting at the entrance ground/parking floor. I visited the center on jan 6, 2025 where temperature was 7 degree in the morning at 8:30 and the staff sitting on the desk was in pathetic situation and shivering like anything. Please look into this matter and care for your staff . Hope you will look into this matter
