Worst services,no professionalism and no management.Their services are worst then government centres.Non cooperative staff.

Very very poor service, even though they told that ultrasound would be done within half an hour , they made me wait for 2 hours as their doctor was enjoying lunch and tea with her friends. Don’t value patients , i paid 2000 just to see my 8 months pregnant wife go through torture. Poor management as well as they welcomed patients after my billing as well to go first as their treatment would be done in less time.
I had a very good experience at HOD. The staff was polite, professional, and cooperative.
The staff is really cooperative, and helpful. Works the best to get your tests covered with almost no waiting time. Hospitality is really impressive.
Have done all kinds of tests here in past 3 years. Fibroscan, ultrasound, echo, ecg, etc. Always handles patient well and comfortably. Mom swears by it. Plus reportd are easily available digitally and hardcopies too.
