Best HOD among all, They have both the options Open MRI as well Tesla 3.0, Staff was good and supportive, given all the instructions and help you out the best she can do and in her limits. Special thanks to Khushbu and lab technician and lab assistant boy Irfan or Javed i am confused with the name. Please gave my regards. What I like the most he stand with me throughout the MRI which take approx 1 hr. Both the men are so supportive and i appreciate the lab technician because in the world 98% doc and lab person misdiganosed or do not add in report for the cysts which is nothing in short but a life threathning in long time, but here everyone take there job serious. There are many patients and there accompanies who do not have time to wait and gave excuses for waiting time and want vip treatment because of vip syndrome, I would like to tell them for them every patient is equal and every patient want priority and the person who came is patient and fighting with one or other diesease no one there to enjoy or on vacation. I even visited there other HODs If you visit yusuf sarai HOD then you need future appoinments or special recommendation for early access. Show respect and kindness they are doing there work very hard one mistake and your report and your life will changed. A suggestion please install a tea or coffee machine and small canteen in basment or near report reception only because not on floor as per my thinking it is not possible due to sensetive machines and area but people who waited so long and come from far places get some relief with the refreshment.
