I recently visited HOD Rajouri Garden for some diagnostic tests, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Manisha , in particular, was very helpful and ensured that my experience was smooth and hassle-free.

I had my Level 2 ultrasound done at Hod, Rajouri Garden and my experience has been very disappointing. The staff, especially Monika and Archana, were not cooperative and did not provide the level of support one would expect during such an important pregnancy scan. Despite raising multiple complaints, no follow-up was done from their side, which shows a lack of professionalism and care for patients. For something as critical as an anomaly scan, timely assistance and proper communication are essential, but unfortunately that was missing here. I would not recommend this center to expecting mothers, as better service and follow-up is available at other diagnostic centres.

I had a wonderful experience at House of Diagnostics, Rajouri Garden. The staff is extremely polite, efficient, and very understanding. They truly go out of their way to help people and make the process smooth and comfortable. Their professional yet caring approach sets them apart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable diagnostic services. A special thanks to Jyoti Katyal ji, who personally helped us in getting a CT PET scan done for my aunt. She was very helpful, supportive, and ensured that everything was completed in almost half the usual time. Her dedication and caring nature really made a difference.

HOD is one amongst the best and leading diagnostic and tests lab in Delhi. The facilities and service is all good and worth praise. The prices of tests are quiet reasonable. The team of technicians and support are very cooperative. Atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. Overall am happy and glad that I opted for HOD Rajouri Garden Branch for my PET Ct.
