Very difficult to deal with! They promised a callback to confirm ultrasound appointment, but no call received inspite of calling them twice. Ultimately gave up and got it done elsewhere

So today I visited with my mother in rajori garden centre for ultrasound kub where I see there are multiple people for their appointment but however we got our number within 15 min where my mother see so called dr deepanshu gupta talking with someone on the phone that total 12 pt are done and i have a target of 40 people today before 2 pm so what he done in only 2 min ultrasound was done that how they are doing With medical practices,now I need to go again to another diagnostic centre nearby and get the ultrasound done for my mother Need to take strict action towards Dr while doing sonography using phn and not giving time to patient to diagnose correctly

I visited House of Diagnostics in Rajouri Garden, Delhi, and was disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. The front desk was not cooperative, the staff spoke rudely, and there was no proper guidance for patients. Despite paying full charges, the service felt rushed and careless. This kind of behaviour creates a negative experience for patients who expect empathy and professionalism in a healthcare facility. The receptionist who attended me. Her name is Ms. Khushboo.

I am amazed by the level of service, hygiene and patient staff. A commendable effort by staff Ms manisha dangwal to ensure the patient is taken care of properly, sharing all minute details in time with us and also being contactable on Thursday for coordination and timely information.
