Their customer care service is highly disgraceful. My call was answered by a snooty Female receptionist who didn’t even bothered listening to what information I was seeking and hung up. Dear Lal Path lab’s peanut-salaried receptionist, learn better manners and behave more seemingly in your public dealings.
"It offers excellent diagnostic services with modern facilities, including clean waiting areas and well-maintained labs."
The staff was really nice and the Service was great. Overall no issues were observed.
