Hotel was very clean but food and service good Service: 5
Nice hotel for solo stay and quick business stays. Room was clean but smelling. Access to hotel is tricky and you can miss it if you don’t get in to service road . Breakfast was nice and staff were very helpful. Ms kajal she is too good. Also had EV Charging station Value for money place Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Great view
Was booked as a group, and from day one, it’s been a mess. ACs are either inefficient or not working at all. There’s constant leakage from the bathroom washbasin—leaving the floor soaked and unsafe. Despite repeatedly requesting a fix over 4 days, nothing was done. The front desk management, particularly the lady handling our requests, has been careless and dismissive. After finally being shown a different room, I agreed to shift and asked for some time to pack. But guess what? That room was given away, without informing me—and now the only option offered is a room on another floor, splitting our group apart. Unacceptable. Trip type Business
Rooms: clean and proper Service: food service was able even at 11:30pm and very accommodating Location: it’s literally right next to the metro station and very convenient to travel. The staff overall was very helpful (Shalini and Pushpa were very helpful with my everything I wanted) But one thing was really not fair is that if they could give the reception people a place to sit rather than standing all day Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Safety Very nice Walkability Naraina Vihar metro Noteworthy details Cleanliness was spot on Hotel highlights Quiet
