Overall, the trip was good, and I was satisfied with the vehicle and the driver's service. However, I am disappointed with the way the trip ended. The car covered only about 1,050 km, which was within the package limit, and we were dropped off around 6:45 PM. Despite this, I was charged extra because the drop location was different from the pickup location. I had already confirmed with Savaari customer care that a different drop location was acceptable, so these additional charges were unexpected. I was also asked to pay permit fees separately. Since I booked a commercial taxi through Savaari, I expect all required permits to be included in the service or disclosed clearly at the time of booking. I paid nearly ₹22,000 for this four-day trip and expected a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, the vehicle owner's behavior during the final settlement was rude and unprofessional, which left a negative impression.

Great experience with the team. I had to cut short the trip due to medical reasons, but the team was very understanding and helpful. Great value for the money. Highly recommend to travellers needing a trusted driver with decent cars.

Very disappointing experience with Savaari. I booked a Sedan because the app specifically showed Toyota Etios, which offers much better legroom and comfort. After the booking was confirmed, I was assigned a Maruti Dzire instead. Even after requesting a replacement, I was told no other option was available. If Toyota Etios is no longer available, why is it still being displayed on the website? Customers should only be shown cars that can actually be provided. The pricing was another major disappointment. My booking started at around ₹5,900, but the final bill became ₹7,702 after adding state tax, toll charges, and a so-called night charge. The night charge made no sense we only went out for dinner for around 10 minutes, yet we were charged approximately ₹315 extra. These hidden charges should either be removed or made crystal clear before booking. The only positive part of the trip was the driver. He was punctual, polite, professional, drove safely, and completed the journey without any issues. He deserves appreciation, not punishment. What made the experience even worse was learning that Savaari reportedly imposed a ₹200 penalty on the driver because I gave the company a poor review. My review was against Savaari's misleading vehicle listing, hidden charges, and unfair policies not against the driver. Penalizing drivers for the company's mistakes is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend Savaari to anyone unless they fix these issues: 1. Stop showing cars that customers will never receive. 2. Remove misleading vehicle listings. 3. Eliminate unnecessary hidden charges, especially the night charge. 4. Stop penalizing drivers for negative feedback meant for the company. The driver deserved 5 stars. Unfortunately, Savaari's policies deserve only 1.
