Extremely Disappointing Experience with Savaari I had a really bad experience with Savaari. I feel completely cheated by the way they handle bookings. They don’t clearly inform you about extra charges beforehand, which is extremely frustrating and misleading. The biggest issue is that the vehicle often doesn’t arrive on time, and sometimes the car they promise at the time of booking is not even the car that actually arrives. This creates unnecessary stress and ruins the entire travel experience. Very poor service, no transparency, and unreliable commitments. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking with Savaari.

Complaint Regarding Savaari Cab Service – Undisclosed Restrictions and Driver Conduct I booked a cab with Savaari for a 5-day round trip for my spouse and her friend, with a distance limit of 1,250 km, covering Ghaziabad → Bhimtal → Almora → Mukteshwar → Ghaziabad. During the trip, the driver, Mr. Sundar Kumar, refused to provide local sightseeing services involving less than 40 km of additional travel and demanded extra charges, despite the total distance remaining within the booked limit. Other concerns included the driver's repeated phone use while driving, pressure on the passengers to depart early, and stopping for breaks at his own discretion. As both passengers were women travelling without me, I advised them to avoid confrontation for their safety. I escalated the matter to Savaari customer support, but the request for local sightseeing was also declined. I could not find any such restriction in the booking terms communicated to me at the time of booking. I request Savaari to clarify the contractual basis for refusing local sightseeing within the booked kilometre limit, explain why these restrictions were not disclosed beforehand, and address the concerns regarding the driver's conduct. I have used Savaari previously, but this experience was disappointing. Customers should be clearly informed of route restrictions, local sightseeing policies and additional charges before confirming a booking.

Booked an SUV from Savaari in early October 2026 and I paid extra for a newer car to get a cleaner car and avoid any lingering smells. Everything went south on the day the car has to arrive. MukulJat was the driver assigned to us (very unfortunately). We were scheduled to leave at 4.30 AM - called the driver repeatedly, he kept giving excuses and arrived at 4.50 AM when the norm is that the car always arrived before the scheduled time. The car was filthy and smelled of old stale food and pan masala. The driver was rude, disgusting smelling and kept taking longer routes in Delhi. We were only left the part of Delhi I live in in 65 minutes. Throughout the journey he was on the phone, talking loudly and abusing. We specifically asked him to stop at good and clean relatively cleaner restaurants like McDonald's/ Starbucks etc which he didn't pay any heed to and stopped at a ridiculous dhaba saying that that's the only option available and if we don't stop there, he won't be able to stop anywhere else. We were three women - we also told him specifically to mind his manners which clearly be had no understanding of and he spoke to us as if we have no idea about traveling or our own country - he was supposed to stop for CNG twice or thrice but he stopped 6 times. The customer care or helpline wasn't available/ we were kept on hold. Upon reaching the mountains, we understood that he had not driven in that terrain earlier - he was scared to take the regular routes and kept asking the locals for alternative routes which were not steep - the locals told him repeatedly that these were the regular routes and the alternative routes are similar but longer. It was such a harrowing experience. I wouldn't recommend or even wish such a journey on anyone. TERRIBLE DRIVER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAB SERVICE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD !

The worst ever. Never book from here! The car was booked for 11:30 AM and the driver did not show up till 1:00 PM. The call centre number doesn’t work on their app. The one person I got through had no idea how to cancel it or help with a refund. He was rude and completely unprofessional. Please avoid at all costs!
