Went on a 3 day trip to udaipur, we booked an XUV 700 and I must say the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, the booking process was a breeze. Options were diverse, ranging from compact cars to spacious SUVs, ensuring there was something suitable for every type of traveler. Had no issues throughout my journey.

I booked a car using selfdrive.in website. I submitted my aadhar and DL and then their agent called me. First, I would like to tell you what was discussed during the call. The agent asked me for my passport and electricity bill for address verification which he is somehow unable to do by Aadhar card (he told me aadhar verification can be done during day time before which they need to visit my home and see some unnecessary documents). NO RENTAL SITE ASKS FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN AADHAR AND DL. It is not possible for me to produce the electricity bill at 12 am at night, which is with my father. So the agent asked me to take the car at 10 am after they visit my home for address verification. I repeatedly told him that I was not free tomorrow before 2 pm tomorrow so if you can't give the car to me now then please reschedule the booking to 2 pm tomorrow. He then replied and I quote "Subah kya hi kaam kar rahe hoge aap agar aap abhi raat ko free ho, AAP Kisi aur ko bhejdo ghar se". I don't think any professional company should reply like this. Fraud company and pathetic service. I would take them to consumer court if I had time. P.S. I even complained to their manager but they ignored my email.

We had a great experience with selfdrive. Mr. Pankaj was very delightful to work with and was supportive throughout our journey. We booked a Gurkha for 13 days and drove 2000+ kms and the car ran perfectly. We got it in good shape as well.

Has a good experience. Has rented a Toyota hydrider hybrid. Car was in excellent condition and have a mileage of 26.5kmpl!! Service was good. Had to pay road tax for other states extra, but they took care of it for me. Would recommend them and will take their services again.

Very good experience , seamless process , very good service and very cooperative staffs . I took a fortuner and went to kashmir for 9 days . Car was in excellent condition and dint create any issues throughtoutb the trip

I have taken Crysta for 11 days. Prices was very good when compare to other guys. Car was neat and clean. There is a dedicated call center to help you at all time. All documentation was very clear. My car was delivered 2 hours in advance with a very short notice. Staffs were very helpful and kind. Car maintenance was very good. Even the vehicle is 1L ran, it was maintained very well and i felt like it is new car. Overall, i highly recommend selfdrives.in to all.

Booked a car for the 3rd time from SelfDrives, and as always the experience was tremendous. Took an XUV700 (AX7, Automatic) for a family trip to Himachal and the car drove like butter. Almost a 1000 kilometres long trip and not a single issue arose. Delivery at the airport was flawless and quick. Fastag works without any hassle. Couldn’t ask for anything more. On 2 previous occasions, I took the Škoda Kushaq, and, needless to say, the experience was perfect even then. (Fast-Forward 1 year later) Selfdrives messed up pretty bad. They only have one model of the AX7 XUV700. So, I got the same car in November 2024. One of the tyres pictures midway. Its entire steel plating was visible because of the extreme levels of misalignment. Had to spend over 3 hours changing the tyre with the separate tyre and then taking the car to a tyre shop to buy TWO new tyres which selfdrives refused to pay for right then. Had to get the car aligned and balanced too. Spent ₹25000 in all this but Selfdrives was more concerned with getting their IGST bill. They refused to pay online there and then but made sure that I do not get the CGST or any other bill but only the IGST bill. They even wanted a photo of the invoice. Couldn’t care less if I was driving or not (kept calling). I’m still on my trip while I write this review. I will update it & when I get my refund back. Not to forget, they already have a separate ₹25000 of mine kept as deposit amount. So, I’m supposed to get back around ₹50000 back from Selfdrives/Pannu Rentals. I will update my review when I have an update myself. Please find pictures attached for your reference.
