Good clean and maintained petrol pump. You'll easily get you number in CNG lane. Best part they accept all types of electronic payments. Staff is also good and behave well.

The petrol fillers here are fooling customers, I paid for 3 litres of petrol but realised the guy had only filled 2 litres when I was shocked with the mileage of my scooty after a few days and that's when I could recall he didn't ask me to check the petrol unit's meter either before filling which any honest executive will bring to the client's notice. Obviously I should have been more careful.

Very neat and clean.... Centrally located... Very less crowded... Although having two filling points only.. adjoining petrol pump... Good lighting.. having nitrogen filling option also which is a plus point... Having pollution checking centre also...

This petrol pump should be either closed or should be monitored. There are three toilet available inside the pump. Unfortunately only one urinal toilet is open for men. The other two on the name of gents and ladies are always locked. This basic facility should always be open. I completely reject this place for the kind of customer service they are providing to their customers.

One of the best Petrol/CNG station I have ever visited. Neat and clean. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Will recommend to everyone to visit there and avai service great quality of services if you are nearby. Best regards and wishing all success ahead.

Every staff members are rude, every time all staff staff are busy in gossip, every time he avoid the costumer and pass the the other side. Even if you ask something politely from a staff member, you receive a rude reply. They speak respectfully only to people who arrive by car. There are many petrol station points here, but petrol is filled at only one place. Even though the other stations are open, no worker fills petrol there.

Very poor service. As this is the only CNG station on my way. i had to use this for cng refilling in my car. CNG operator not works with focus. They uses mobile for personal use and get busy in talk due to that they not follow safety rules and not take care proper care to close bonnet properly due to this my car bonnet got opened on Delhi Meerut highway on way and my car bonnet got damaged, care operator also not covered car battery while filling cng same have checked by service manger from cctv footage but denied to share the video and just told to do write complaint. instead of taking action on employee service manager blaming customer even when he has checked by closing bonnet and find that lock has no issue it happened due to carelessness attitude of cng operators. Even their owner has not taken any action after seeing cctv footage. It cost me more than 4-5000 in repairing and painting of bonnet. Have also emailed to IGL in complaint email but no action was taken. They have taken customer for granted and doing anything without care.

Most mismanaged service station i have seen in my whole life. And I am giving this review after taking services for more than a dozen Times. Mostly employees are careless fellows and keep on talking with each other instead of taking care of customers. There should be a strict manager to keep watch on the employees.

Very rude behaviour staff continuously busy in talking only.. inspite of empty tank filling all were busy in talking and one was busy in taking payment from an already filled vehicle. On requesting to fill a female staff who was quite rude started to talk very rudely and told to go and fill the fuel in another station. I was never encountered such ill behaving staff in a service station in past. Some staff called her Rajni by name and told her to stop talking irrelevantly. I will never visit this station again in future.
