This review is About Panchshila CNG Service: It is my real experience and horrible. I talked to the owner Nishant Pandey, ove phone, he sounded experienced and discussed rate for fitment. I sent my Etios Liva car with driver for CNG fitment. After 8 hours, they fitted it with CNG. I went there and paid full money believing that its all good. Later, when I test drive there only. It was found that Engine is vibrating violently and as a result, whole car was making sound. Pick up was less. When I told the guy there( Owner was not there) He tried to fix his best with computer. Nothing doing. He said please run the car for a day or 2., vibration will stop. It did not, I sent my driver with car for 2 consecutive days. They could not solve the problem. I asked them to remove the Kit and give my money back. After removing the kit, he gave my driver Rs. 2000 Less. When I called, he said this amount is for fitment and removal of kit. I told Nishant that it is his fault. Why should I pay for his incompetence? That the crook he is!!! My time and mental peace is more precious to me, so I did not and could not follow for the refund. But my heart bleeds for my hard earned Rs.2000/- robbed from me by this unethical and immoral Nishant Pandey ! So my advice, beware of this deceitful smooth talker. NEVER EVER GET KIT INSTALLED FROM NISHANT PANDEY OR Panchshila CNG Service, August Kranti Marg !!!!

Worst experience when I was visited to replacement of bike engine oil Your technician was wrong side rotate oil nut then it was moving free. I,m facing regularly oil leakage issue from my bike bcz of this Pls train your service tech to improve customer service and avoid such kind miss happens with other customers also...

wonderful staff attirude and ready to help up their sleeve. cng, potrol, diesel are available with engine oils too. Strategic location and very useful.

My experience is good at this petrol pump. No cheating in quantity during fuel filling. Quality of fuel is good. Staff is polite. They also do vehicle servicing and repairs.

All sales man are very well behaved.. You can trust their quantity and quality.. I am visiting for last one decade.... New management had ZERO tolerance policy...

Somebody explain them architectural basics! They recently renovated and its like taking a walk through hell. The German cars can't get fueled up so easily, they ask you to go park sideways as the fuel pump is on opposite side & their fuel nozel lengths are small. Sigh! Classic!!!! The new construction has made a bottle neck as a result the fella trying to get air @ tyres blocks the exit for everyone. My last visit!!! Life should be simple & not this complicated. Its like solving an arithmetic equation when u fuel up your car here and a trigonometric equation when it comes to getting out of this place and yups not a fan of them! Update 21st April'26: somebody please teach them how to efficiently fill air in tyres! This fellow at the pump is clearly doing heart transplant for tyres it seems! My god! How inefficient is this place????? Their pipe for filling air is torn and they are not doing anything about it! Slow operator and a defective tube! This place should be closed!!!! Scamsters!

My known asked service station mechanic to check plugs of ALTO and no other work has to be done And let him know the charges But mechanic told me first he will check the plugs after 10 minutes He gave him bill for 649 / When he asked him for just spark plugs checking charges are 649/_its too high generally it's around Rs 100-150 . he tried to convince him only plugs are main in service and he has done service (10 minutes ) as he was present there as in service air filter, oil check. Brakes , cable oiling, checking and many other things are included but done nothing inspite of his presence he charges so much in case vehicle was left with him who knows how much he would have charged Another incident Day before Diwali my Swift reverse gear suddenly stopped working near INA market as it was regularly Service by them so called for help , guidance he started telling it's a major problem u have to send car to service station In mean time a local garage mechanic who was on the way to his house stoped he checked and pushed the reverse gear wire in clamp tied with small wire Next day I was surprised after changing the bush he charged only Rs 150/-
