This petrol pump is just opposite to Nehru Place adjoining to Nehro Place Metro Station. Easily visible location. Fast service. Clean area. Staff always ready to support immediately. Two other options are also available one of Bharat Petroleum and other is of CNG Pumping station. Both are adjoining to this filling ⛽. Customer can buy engine oil, coolent also.

Very Bad Service..staffs is bad asking me to pay more money because I bought a new bike ( My bike is 1.5 months old). I will never refill here..

One of þhe best petrol pump, just opposite to nehru place market. All debit and credit cards acceptable. Nitrogas gas is also available for tyers.

Big and busiest pump of south delhi ! Very clean The air man who Re inflate the tyre is honest and hard working But issue I faced. Not easy to enter or exit to pump due to CNG station vehicle Queue! Pump manager should vigilant on this point Also one day X95 petrol was not available. Seems manager again not Duley ordering his replenishment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this petrol pump today. At around 6:50 AM, the fuel meter started from ₹100 instead of ₹0, even though I paid for ₹300 worth of petrol. When I questioned the staff about it, they did not explain the issue properly and instead started arguing with me. This behavior was unprofessional and raised serious concerns about transparency and customer service. I request the management to investigate this matter and ensure that the fuel meter is always reset to zero before refueling customers.

I have been using this petrol pump for the last 15 years, ever since I started my first job in Nehru Place. Although my office has since moved to another location, I still prefer to visit this petrol pump for fuel, air pressure, and PUC services because of my long association with it. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined over the past few years. The free air facility is often not working, and most of the time there is no staff member available. My recent experience at the PUC centre was particularly disappointing. The staff member behaved very rudely and asked me to clean my vehicle's number plate with my bare hands. If a clean number plate is required, the PUC centre should at least provide a cloth or cleaning material for customers instead of speaking to them disrespectfully. It left me feeling embarrassed and disappointed. The behaviour of the petrol pump staff is average, but they are generally not very cooperative. On several occasions, I have informed the manager about the issues with the air facility and the lack of staff, but no noticeable improvements have been made. I request the management to pay attention to these issues. Small improvements in customer service, proper maintenance of the free air facility, and training staff to interact politely and professionally with customers would greatly enhance the overall experience.
