Bad experience, waiting for petrol refill, service boys. Roaming talking & catering
Changing my reviews from top to low. Liked this petrol pump from last 20 years but now they are not filling the full quantity, they are pulling out the pipe before the dispense of complete fuel. So, suggesting people to keep an eye on this. Poor service.
Very poor late night service
Excellent petrol pump. Very well trained and honest staff. They ALWAYS go the extra mile for customers and leave no stone unturned to make sure every visitor has a good experience. Returning customers are always acknowledged. This is hands down the best petrol pump in the area. The owner Mr. Promod Bhasin is very a warm and polite person. Kudos to you guys!
Service is quick. Owner keeps his old cars well. But, he does not care about the single toilet available for his staff and people who might need to use the restroom after filling fuel. The toilet is filthy. Dirty is too mild a word. And the flush does not work.
On 8th of August 2024 they fraudulent with me, i got only 2 litres of petrol for Rupees 514 the machine started with Rs.13/- and 5 litre petrol filled in just 5 to 6 seconds.when i asked to the guy who was filling petrol said i am new here and I don't know anything be carefull and I would suggest you don't fill petrol on your car bike etc from here, they are stealing our hard earn money.
The service is great. And I am coming to this for many years, this is the best petrol pump in this area,The staff is really helpful, they go out of their way to provide the best cleaning service at their disposal, to our cars. At times there is a long queue of cars for the wash, but it's worth it.
i am frequent visitor to fill petrol in my 2 cars... but when i visit on 22 jan 25 evening , the pump staff refused to give me hand written bill for the petrol filled, they said as directed by owner, they will give only computer slip which fades with time, and i have to keep in record for 7-10 years as per govt law. so i am shifting to other petrol pump nearby .
One of the Well Maintained petrol pump in Delhi
