Told payment will be via IOCL app for reward points addition and digital payment proof. They did enter the mobile number but didn't complete it. Although I didn't say it then but the meter seemed to jump to ₹40 suddenly.
No washroom facility available, staff asking visitors to go to behind the petrol pump area..
They have Xp100, but was not sure about Real Xp100 because they write XP100 with the paper was doubtful about the petrol XP100
Yahan ke staf ko bole ki tameej nahi hai. Bahut ganda hai. Kal washroom jane se mana kiya gaya mujhe or washroom pr chain lagi hue hai. Bolne ki tameej nahi hai.jab inse complaint book mangi to dene se mana kr diya or badtmiji se bat kari gai.
Maine 500 ka petrol dalwa hai koi points nahi hue increase na hi km bade mujhse mere paise wapis chahiye or log apne bando ko theek karo ya toh complain kare
I got my bile refilled. After making payment through my card by tpuch and pay. The amount transferred, but still they made me to wait for 10 minutes. This is disgusting.
I was here for a pee break and found toilet in worst condition. Toilets were not cleaned. No door was installed. Lots of smell was there. Toilets should be cleaned properly.

There are many workers employed at this petrol pump, but every time only 2–3 workers are dispensing fuel while the rest are simply passing time. No matter how long the queue is, they do not come forward to help. When customers request them to attend to the queue, they directly refuse and say that they will not dispense petrol and that customers must wait in the same queue. Such behaviour causes unnecessary delays and reflects poor customer service. (I've also attached a photo of perticular person which missbehaved with me)
