Perfect petrol pump no need to wait more then 5 min just come and fill your vechile's tank and go. Even you don't have to wait in queue for pollution check. I have never seen any queue here which is for more then 5 mins.
Bad arrangement, way blocked,
Very bad experience. As today I told the the guy to fill Rs.500/- petrol in my bike. He put the amount in meter and start filling the petrol but he is holding the lever of the nozzle and when I said him to leave the nozzle he totally refuse it saying that I cannot leave it. After when I told the same thing to the manager is response is it is to be done by that way only. I think that why they put meter on there Machine as they keep holding the nozzle lever all the time. Please trained your staff to avoid such incidents.
This is second time I'm facing very bad behaviour by the staff toward customer at this pump. Please dont visit here until you are in extreme emergency situation. This place is completely not safe for you as well as your family. They started beating one of their customer badly just because he was telling him that "why are you not activating all points to fill the CNG gas".
Less Crowded But please avoid in morning office hours And rest Service Good 👍 …
पेट्रोल पंप अच्छा है लेकिन पेट्रोल पंप पर मिलने वाली सुविधाएं काफी कम है! पेट्रोल पंप पर वॉशरूम काफी ज्यादा गंदी हालत में है कोई फास्ट फूड की शॉप नहीं मिलेगी आपको यहां पर काफी ज्यादा भीड़ रहती है यहां पर सीएनजी और पेट्रोल के लिए
Bad experience. The employees keep sending you from one counter to other. And keep laughing while sending you from one counter to other. When confronted also argue . Never visiting here again
I think you may better to training your staff, how to behave, talk and assist with customers. I was trying to use toilet before filling, I asked one person he said first make payment ( Paytm ) after only you can use toilet . I'm sure it's free to use toilet at filling stations right..
Date 13/August/2024 Very bad service. Don't fill your tank here. They are cheaters. I got cheated because I was in a hurry. For ₹245 I got 1 litre of petrol only. They play a trick here because this is on the highway and the customer is not returning from the highway.
Good staff and nice response. Petrol, Diesel and CNG all options available and just before the road narrows, hence convenient for highway riders.
