The pump is ok , for filling nitrogen and doing pollution checks. I had a bad experience with the fuel once , the guy filling the petrol tried to dupe me with the standard cut at 200 when i had asked him to do a full tank and then starting without resetting the counter and trying to charge me the 200+remaining amount on my card. Luckily i knew about this scam and caught him . The guys remained defiant and acted as if they didnt know what happened but did indeed agree to take the actual amount in the end. I have since avoided this pump .

My driver has overcharged for PUC certificate by petrol pump staff on the pretext that my one year old car is not fit for PUC and just after charging 40 rupees extra has become fit for PUC

Today I went to this petrol pump for petrol refilling. Before proceeding I would like to mention that I am regular and loyal customer of this filling station. I requested the attendant for filling normal petrol of Rs.1000.00 When I got out of my car the attendant one lady asked me to check zero reading in the reading of petrol pump but by the time I could see it the attendant started filling and by this time the meter reading was more than two litres of petrol. On seeking help of the so called manager of pump I was told that the attendant is sorry but a before yeaterday also I got my other car filled and I could experience that petrol filled up was less from the indicator of my car. Although I paid the bill for the quantity of petrol as told by Manager ànd attendant but I feel cheated by about two litres of petŕol. The management of this service station should take immediate steps to stop this kind of cheating. Otherwise I may have to approach next authority. This incident has happened at about 12.30 pm todày. The score given by me is single star because without that the page for writing comments was not opening.

Absolutely painful experience. They have least concern about customers. Deficiency in services offered at this outlet. Staff behaves rudely. Even HPCL appears to be hand in glove. Their complaint books have earlier entries of misbehaving but their attitude remains unchanged. Vist this outlet at your own risk and peril.

Petrol pump service is not crowded . It's okay as far as cng is concerned it is very crowded . Cng is although available here . But it will take time off you come to get cng filled over here .. It is empty on Sundays , national holidays and other holidays .. on independence day it was very beautifully decorated .. Petrol pump is very clean ..

Refilling station with less crowd and good service

I found tyre of my car flat on reaching my residence. I realised that the tyre air filling guy intentionally broke the valve of my tyre when no puncture was found and I recollected that air filling guy at petrolpump had gone fast inside petrol pump office after filling air on pretext of doing something. I, being a regular at the petrol pump, have been tipping him regularly. All beware and look carefully at the tyres when these guys fill air so that they do not get a chance to do mischief.
