Cheap medicine available here. But you may be confised about the original one because there are many helpline pharmacy here. The correct one you are looking for is gaumukhi shop i.e. its width is smaller from front and larger at back. Waiting time is more but you may get huge discounts.

You will get most of the medicines at a discount of 40%. But be careful to shop from Helpline pharmacy only as there are other pharmacies who carry the same look and feel just like Help line pharmacy but they don't give you 40% discount. Good luck!

People thinks that they provide huge discount but in reality they provide medicines on their cost price...actually helpline is a trust shop ..a unit of Sulekha trust.. owned by director of Maurya udhyog limited i.e. V.K. Today I visited at store and at 7:49 pm one of there employe told we are closed, the staff is very rude and not coperative i waste 2 hour to buy only two packets tablets because the server was not working to generate the invoice

If u want medicines and other testing equipments like diabetes & bp testing at a very good discount then this is the right place. Like if u want accu sure diabetes testing machine u'll get it for Rs 500 only(MRP 1940). Medicines and other things are 100% genuine, i personally consumed them. Although u have to wait for sometime for your turn but its absolutely worth it.

One of the worst chemist with worst staff in the shop. My uncle is a diabetic patient and when we went over their for the medicine and ask some queries, the staff straight forward replied " Hume kuch nai pata , medicine lena hai toh lo Varna jayie bahar" . Is this how a chemist run in a paush place?? Is this how they keep a cheap staff?? Not recommend. Very poor

Crowded, Small but the beauty is that you get huge discount. The staff is sometimes not helpful. They first take your order and then find and bill your medicines. Both the processes take time. There is always a huge queue. Morning before 11:00 is still a favorable time to go. The important medicines are sometime out of stock.

this shop is known for good discount BUT. BUT BUT when you will calculate is is giving very less discount CALCULATE. first it gives 28% on MRP than ADD. VAT@ 18 % ( 100-28=72/- and add 18% on 72/- = 13/- total 72+13=85/- you are getting discount only 15%. Which all chemist give. Pl calculate before buying.

Feeling like slapping him and conveyed my anger verbally at his shop just 2 days back .. since I went there on shop owner assurance that I will get all required generic medicines but when I reached there... Owner says nothing is available and shamelessly listioned me looking other side ... They don't understand customer time and money value.
