Very bad experience. He is selling face mask in Rs 250/- at print rate while the same available easily in 150/- rupees only another medical store near by. Second, no respect of customers and not care of their experience. Not recommend to purchase anything from here.

I had bought Bonjela from London and it’s really affective for mouth ulcers so 5 Star however this 1 star is for the seller as I bought 2 15G Bonjela from him and after receiving I realised that one of them had less expiry date which is not good because the batch he sent from was a year old. I will not recommend buying from him because I tried to contact him as I received his Visiting Card and a request to give 5 Star Review in the pack. However he didn’t respond promptly and neither resolved my issue. The product is non returnable as per amazon policies do I have to deal with it. The seller is really a pathetic being as he didn’t realise that sending an old stock with less expiry is unethical because Mouth Ulcer Gel is stored for use.

I would avoid this place at all costs. The owner who is also the cashier (most probably) is very rude. Usually you want a pleasant experience going into any shop. But the owner, the guy at the cash counter has the worst face and attitude. Don't go here. All items are over priced as well and they are just fooling people.

SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS ! Had gone to exchange a product whose sell by date was 2024 I was refused by the shopkeeper I recommend to take your business elsewhere. They open LATE and then conveniently deny basic barter. Their business ethic is ZERO and I am certain they are DOOMED

I would never choose any other chemist but 3G Chemist. It is a one stop shop for all my needs and I am even able to get supplies from abroad from them as needed. They are the best in the country and maintain the highest standards in quality and professionalism. I would recommend them highly to everyone!

I’m a regular customer of 3G Chemist. It’s my go to store for all medication, supplements & toiletries. This store is better stocked than any other that I know of in Delhi. It always is ahead of the curve with the newest products. Shikhar is exceptional. If there is anything I require that is not in stock, he invariably gets it for me. I will remain a loyal customer. I have been a regular customer of this store for several years. I want to say the following : (1) Any medicine which I or my family members have ever needed is always available or it is made available ASAP. (2) Since I am living outside Delhi, my parcels are always couriered promptly and efficiently. (3) The person in charge of the store is most helping and courteous whenever I have interacted on phone and at times has gone out of the way to deliver the medicines.

I am not a regular, but I've visited this place twice and faced none of the negative customer service issues that the other reviewers faced. The person at the counter was quite helpful and courteous. Further, the items I got here - a conditioner and a fragrance - were both priced better than Amazon, at least (Haven't seen either of those items in other stores so I can't comment on comparative prices as such). I was pretty happy with the overall experience.

U recommended a compounder who was untrained to bandage my mom she had bad bed sores. 25 days almost he kept bandaging. Her wound became worse than getting better. If he coudnt treat her he could have told us. We could have arranged for a nurse or a hospital. My mother got sepsis and she died. We have been your customers past 40 years. Highly sad and Shameful. Please dont recommend such untrained people who to make money play with the lives of people in India.
