They dont know how to communicate with customers properly...they used the work like mental issue for customers if there is any miscommunication which is illegal under mental health care act ...there is one medicine i think according to them only they can provide...thats why they even say we cant give u medicine and use vulnerabiltiy of customer and aginst medical ethical issues
Went there for ear drops borosprit. They prepare in their lab inside. This is dispensing medical shop.
I went there to buy some medicines of high cost. They couldn’t deliver right away. But they promised me to deliver these witching next day. Definitely they did it without fail. 3-4 persons worked only for my medicines. They are highly professional and discount applied automatically. You may get any medicines here in Delhi. The shop is very near about Rajiv Chawk. The place is actually wonderful. Employees are helpful enough.

If I could give ratings in minus I would happy to do that. Very unprofessional and rude staff. I reside in north west delhi it was not possible for me to go to the shop so I called him to porter me the medicine which I will book and make payment online to which he agrees and told me to wait for confirmation. So I waited and after that he didn’t pick up my call . Next day I asked one of my relatives to get me the medicine from there and WhatsApp the prescription . To which Nath brother refused and ask him to get the physical prescription and didn’t give the medicine.
