Excellent doctors!! thorough and caring. I'm terribly afraid of the dentist and DrAman and Dr Dimple both are very sensitive to that and goes extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Dr Dimple Arora and Dr Aman Arora are commendable in detecting the all teeth issues and I am glad that I found both of them. They are so professional in their work. I see patients have given glowing reviews. May be things have become better now. My experience with them goes back to maybe 7 years? Could be 8. I went for a simple scaling since it was so close by to where I used to live. I was in my mid-20s, no experience of going to dentists and I was impressionable too. Dr Aman did the scaling, and during the procedure made it a point to tell me that I have at least 9 cavities. I was shocked. He tried convincing me that these need to be looked at immediately. I wasn’t sure if I should proceed but he suggested that he can do a few right away, and I can decide about the other ones later. He never shared what fillings he is putting (material, life etc). I felt pressurised, and in that moment, took the word of a medical professional and went ahead with it. I felt embarrassed saying no because he was so insistent. After consulting with my family later, we felt we should go to a more trustworthy place. I visited Dr Sarika at Maulana Azad Medical College. She had no reason to fleece her patients or make money since it’s a government run facility. She did a thorough check up and laughed when I said a dentist said I might have 9 cavities. She said you don’t need fillings, just maintain good dental hygiene. It is 2023, I now visit my trusted dentist regularly, who has never suggested a filling to me once or said that I have cavities. Now as a patient, I trust my doctor to work in my favour and not use me as a money making machine. I have now read horror stories of dentists proceeding with unnecessary fillings and procedures. I remember complaining to his wife Dr Dimple at that time, who brushed it off saying it’s a misunderstanding. Anyway, this was my experience, and god forbid if I have a serious dental issue in future, I certainly won’t be visiting this clinic.
