Clove Dental Clinic - Greater Kailash II, Delhi

As an NRI - do not use, they will pressure you into expensive treatments and then be unclear/ unhelpful I live in the UK. Two years ago I was in Delhi, and went to Clove GK2 to finish a few cavaties (I had the first few done in my home town in the south). But they scared me into saying I had gaps in my teeth that cause cavities and need an aligner to close the gap. So I felt pressured to pay almost one lakh. They promised me they would send me the aligners to the UK. But didn't explain the time involvement for checks and rescans. And then it turned out they would not post the aligners to the UK, I had lots of hassle organising it to be sent to relatives, and then they demanded me to come to Delhi for the final retainer. I am not from Delhi, but had to make a special trip just for this. I should have been clearly informed at the very beginning every single step so I could agree or arrrange plans. Finally when I had my very last appointment for the retainers, I asked for a check up and clean up. The dentist said my teeth wer looking good. Two months later, half of my back molar fell off, due to decay. I had to have an emergency private appointment in the UK and the Dr was shocked that Clove Dentist had not spotted the decay that was easily visible on sight and corrected, I could have had alot less pain and money spent! If you are an NRI they clearly just see Rs signs and don't actually care about good dental work.

Dr. Sukriti and Dr. Aakarshni are very nice doctor’s. The clinic is neat and clean. Doctor’s take full care of you. Discounts offered on membership’s are very reasonable as well. Over all my experience with clove is nice.

I consulted Dr. Priya Singh and she was very polite and sweet. My overall experience of the clinic is very good. The staff is also very helpful.

Just to bring this to your attention that I had visited Clove Dental, GK 2 on 1st Dec. to get checked the pain raised in my teeth after Capping & RCT done in my teeth 5 months ago. Doctor (Sukriti) had done my previous treatment and this time also shown pain issues to her. As per her, there is hole in beside the teeth where capping was done. I asked how it was treated earlier that it got hole beside the teeth and now there is cavity issues. She told that RCT & capping to be done on infected teeth and asked me to pay 3000/- as an advance. I paid it and after 2 days, I got severe pain and was out of Delhi. So, I got this treated at some other dental shop. Thereafter I approached for refund and she refused it first and after showing my disagreement. She confirmed that she is raising issue for refund and will be done in a month time. Since then I have been just following up but not getting satisfactory response. First I got poor treatment and then poor approach to refund back my money.

I recently visited Clove Dental Gk2 and was impressed by the care I received. Dr. Sanam is very friendly. The clinic's sterilization and hygiene standards were impeccable, making my treatment comfortable .

The doctor taking care of me was the Head of Clinic - more interested in upselling services, than in doing a good job. She walked out mid-procedure to greet regulars, came back, and then tried to explain why her goof-ups were a result of tooth issues. Jarring, to say the least. The first and last time I visit a Clove Dental.
