The entire experience from consultation to final crown placement was outstanding. Dr. Lilly explained every step of the implant procedure in detail — the CBCT scan, healing time, and post-op care. The surgery itself was painless and she was extremely gentle. It’s been 6 months and the implant feels just like a natural tooth. Her clinical skill and precision are truly commendable. She is very patient, soft-spoken, and never rushes through appointments. She listened to all my concerns about pain and cost, and gave honest, practical advice. You can tell she genuinely cares about long-term results, not quick fixes. The entire team is professional, courteous, and well-trained. The front desk staff helped with scheduling smoothly. The dental assistants were reassuring during the procedure and gave clear post-op instructions. I arrived at Dr Tilly’s Dentistry in Vasant Kunj expecting a straightforward teeth cleaning, but left feeling very disappointed. Before booking, my Indian friend contacted the clinic via WhatsApp and was told that a basic cleaning starts at ₹800. He booked appointments for both of us. However, after my initial consultation, I was quoted a starting price of ₹2,500. The dentist explained that additional work was needed, but I have my teeth cleaned regularly and expected that any routine cleaning would involve addressing minor buildup. What concerned me most was the significant difference between the price quoted beforehand and the price I was given after arriving. When I questioned the discrepancy, I did not feel that the explanation adequately addressed why the pricing had changed. I left with the impression that I was being charged more because I am a foreigner, which was upsetting. This clinic should be transparent and consistent with their pricing. Based on my experience, I did not feel confident in the fairness of the pricing, so I would not recommend this clinic or return in the future. Thank you for your response, but I do not agree with your version of events. You describe the consultation as “thorough,” yet I was in the chair for less than two minutes before being presented with a significantly more expensive treatment plan. At no point did I feel that my condition or the reasons for the recommended treatment were explained in sufficient detail. I was also concerned that I was not asked to complete a medical history or health questionnaire before treatment was discussed. In my experience, this is a standard part of dental care and contributed to my lack of confidence in the consultation. My comment regarding my foreign status reflects how I felt during the interaction. I appreciate that you state your fees are the same for everyone, but the overall experience lacked the transparency and trust I have experienced at other dental clinics in New Delhi. I have simply shared my honest experience so that other patients can make an informed decision.
