I visited this clinic on 6 February for dental scaling and polishing and paid ₹2,500 for the treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The entire procedure felt extremely rushed, and the cleaning and polishing did not seem thorough compared to the standard dental scaling I have received at other clinics over the years. Before the procedure even started, I was repeatedly encouraged to take an additional “air cleaning” treatment costing more than ₹5,000, which felt like unnecessary upselling. After I declined, the scaling appeared to be completed in a hurry without proper attention to detail. For the amount charged, patients deserve proper treatment time, careful cleaning, and professional care rather than rushed procedures. I hope the clinic improves its service quality and focuses more on patient care instead of pushing additional treatments.
