In one of my teeth they have put in the new cap during July 2021. Which got dislodged completely during last month during the breakfast and I realised only after 10-15 minutes that my cap was missing. Cap might have got lost in garbage or during the gargle. Now, when I requested for the claim of warranty of 5 years they have insisted that physical piece is necessary. Now I don’t know which person in all fairness will dislodge the cap, lost it, be in pain for months to claim the warranty. Their warranty is utter nonsense, if u lose ur cap during gargle and it goes to your sinkhole or some drainage u are expected to dive in to search that cap to claim the warranty. That how much pathetic their warranty claim nd good service claim is in reality. They charge like a premium service provider but service provided is of lowest level. Be aware of their misguided warranty.

I AM A CLOVAINE! Hi All.. When we hear about braces the first thing that comes on our mind is the beautiful smile of ours taken by braces, but do you know what? The old smile gets embrased better when its corrected & our confidence gets boosted. So my story starts with a disorganised tooth which made me underconfident, people gazing at the one tooth. That was the moment i thought that i should get the braces done. There are many people out there who thinks braces are painfull, ugly etc. To be honest pain is just the beginning of a beautiful smile & talking about ugly clove gives plenty of options to choose to make you look good without being noticed that something is going underneath. I visited clove near my house & talked to Dr. Rishi who's first question was, are you concerned about your looks. I said, ofcourse who isn't concerned about their looks. Then he recommended me the ceramic braces which cannot be identified easily & guided me, how it will work taking me through the process. The treatment started from Feb 26 till Nov 3. Dr. Prathibha was treating me. From the name only we can know she is courageous. So she opened the kit infront of me, so here they give assurance to us that its all packed & sealed and are not taking a used material. As per her instructions I followed strictly & in just 8 months my teeth's were all organised, infact Dr. Prathibha & Dr. Rishi were surprised about this change so here is the secret if you follow doctors instruction strictly you will definitely achieve it so I did the same too. Hence I have started with retainers. I am so happy to see my enhanced smile once again because of Dr. Prathibha & by Dr. Rishi's support. A big thank you to clove & both the doctors for their guidance, wish all your patient's a good luck! Lets face this world with peace & a confident smile.
