My daughter went to her clinic on 28/03/20018 to get her braces.She made an inexperienced, incompetent and unprofessional Doctor named Parag Gupta do the procedure.The brackets of the braces came off even before my daughter reached home.When we confronted her she was arrogant and unapologetic.Moreover Dr. Parag Gupta again messed up by saying that the strength of the wire was wrong and he would fix another wire with lighter strength.We doubted and consulted another senior Orthodontist, wherein we got honest advice and got to know that the braces were bonded badly and so they came off.Although the strength of the wire was already light, changing of wire would have resulted in another disaster. Thereafter, when we asked our money back, Dr. Shikha Goel explained that she has right over our money even after failing to deliver the treatment for which we paid her. I am having a feeling of getting mugged up in a dirty bylane by downtrodden muggers. Now, will see her in the Court of Law.
