VEHICLE REPAIR EXPERIENCE with the recommendation of policy bazar I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition in which my car was returned after the recent service. The experience reflects serious negligence and lack of professionalism. After delivery, I noticed the following issues: The car stereo system is now locked, which suggests that incorrect PIN attempts were made during service. The fuel level is not tracking properly. Before service it was around 65%, but at delivery it was extremely low. The rear left tyre was found punctured. Some accessories are missing, including the bumper protector and the car fragrance. Both CNG and petrol were full before giving the vehicle for service, but I received it with half CNG and very low petrol. This clearly indicates that the vehicle may have been used without my permission. My service request was only for exterior body work, so there was no reason for anyone to touch the interior items. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I expect better handling of customer vehicles and proper accountability from the service staff.

Disastrous Experience - Overpriced & Incompetent Service! I visited Big Toy Automotive (Castrol Auto Service) for car AC repairs and ended up with a staggering bill of ₹24,000. For this kind of money, you expect dealership-level quality or at least a perfectly working AC. ​Instead, the cooling is still terrible, and the problem remains unresolved. It seems they only care about inflating the invoice rather than actually diagnosing and fixing the vehicle properly. Despite their "Castrol Certified" branding, the technical competence is highly disappointing. Total waste of time and ₹24,000. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone looking for honest car service.
