From start to finish, the professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the Galaxy Car team were exceptional.Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ankur bhaiya who took the time to explain the PPF process in detail and address any concerns I had. Their expertise instilled confidence in me, reassuring me that my car was in capable hands. They meticulously covered every inch of my car, ensuring maximum protection against chips, scratches, and other damage. Moreover, the quality of the PPF material used by Galaxy Car is great as Ankur bhaiya made me test the material. There were very minor and small bubbles which they mentioned will settle in 2-3 days and that's exactly what happened. Not only does it provide an invisible shield against environmental hazards, but it also enhances the appearance of my car, giving it a sleek and glossy finish. Furthermore, the customer service & the packages which they are offering are not being offered by anyone in Delhi-NCRatleast with unconditional warranty on replacing the panel throughout the warranty period, which I have already experienced as my car was hit on the side of front bumper and right Fender due to which PPF was torn but no questiones asked and PPF is now replaced. Hence the customer service provided by Galaxy Car was top-notch. They kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates on the status of my vehicle and answering any inquiries promptly and courteously. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Galaxy Car for anyone seeking PPF services. The extra care they provide for your car with regular services (included in the package ofcourse), complimentary gifts etc. 4. The owner of the branch Mr. Ankur Singh is gem of a person who ensures that all your concerns are addressed-to and all your needs are catered-to. 5. Post my PPF was done, the car delivery to my house was free-of-cost and during the delivery, I highlighted a scratch to my door-guard to Ankur and he personally ensured that it was replaced by new ones. I will highly recommend Galaxy car care for PPF services especially if you are going for branded PPFs.
