Awesome experience at best price and transparency. Very professional, every technical details shared with me. Garware premium PPF quality is very good. My car look very nice and shiny.

I was looking for options to get PPF done for my Jeep Compass, when I found out about Urban Car Care, Indirapuram. I heard about them from a known contact and then went through their reviews. Hearing good things about them on both fronts urged me to go and visit them. I met Anuj who helped me understand the kind of available products for the PPF. He was very transparent about the pros & cons of various options available and guided me with what best fits my need rather than upselling anything and everything. Anuj also set the expectation pretty openly around the human error margins but at the same time assured that he is there to take care of any such errors, which was acceptable to me. This transparency did help gain trust on UCC and I decided to opt for them. Anuj called me to visit UCC when they were doing PPF for another car, for me to understand the product and see the process; which was great. He has been in regular touch throughout the phase and was very humble to discuss each aspect and accommodate my requests to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction. The pricing is decent and you realize the worth with the end results. The PPF has been holding good so far and I am to take the car to UCC after 30 days, for them to further finish the nooks & corners that may need attention; this is also something that Anuj mentioned at the very start. The best part about UCC is that along with providing high quality services, they also make proactive efforts to maintain a good relationship with the customers. I tend to call Anuj whenever I need a discussion or guidance around car detailing and he actively participates. If you are looking for car detailing services in and around Indirapuram, I highly recommend you to visit UCC. You will be heard for your needs and the work will be done per that. Kudos Anuj & Urban Car Care team for the wonderful work & support. Keep going. PS - UCC also offers a membership card for regular services, with which you can enjoy a 50% off on those services. I’ve been their customer for almost three years now. I took their membership as it makes service prices reasonable, and I regularly get my car washed and vacuumed and do occasional detailing once or twice a year. The crew is professional and diligent and cares to listen if there are any shortcomings or constructive feedback. To me, that’s what matters most—I recently got my new car coated with H10 ceramic coating from Hydrax. The prices are reasonable, with years of relationship helping me to take the leap of faith. I hope the good work continues. Special thanks to Gautam, Anuj and Shaheen for their exemplary work
