Urban Car Care - Car Detailing Services Delhi NCR

I had a disappointing experience with Urban Car Care in Indirapuram, especially regarding their membership scheme. I still had ₹2,165 left in my membership account and wanted to use it for a full car detailing service — something they recommended as lasting for 6 months. The regular price is ₹5,000, but under the membership, it’s ₹2,500. I was ready to pay the remaining ₹300+ out of pocket. However, they flatly refused to provide the service unless I renewed my membership for another 6 months, which makes absolutely no sense — especially since I had enough balance and was even willing to pay the extra. This kind of tactic feels deceptive and makes the whole membership scheme look like a sales trap rather than a customer benefit. To make things worse, their attitude was rude and unprofessional once I questioned their policy. I would not recommend this place to anyone in Indirapuram or nearby. Be cautious before buying into their membership offers.

Visited UCC basically for gloss and some protection for my Nexon 2018 model. My car had swirl marks all over the body as my cleaner uses same dirty cloth for the cars in the parking. I decided to go for 9H ceramic coating. I must say my car looks like it's just come out of the showroom! While all minor scratches are gone, deep scratches are still there which requires paint.
