Absolutely loved The Bakers. I ordered my cake from NZ and needed it to be delivered for a surprise. Not only did it make it on time but the service was amazing too. Aparna was prompt with replies and made ordering from a different continent so much easier. The only drawback was I couldn't taste the cake. This is definitely gonna be my go-to bakery.

I ordered a cake for my brother’s birthday. The cake was very well decorated and brought out his passion for fashion, which is also his line of business. What was more impressive that the cake was one of the most delicious one we have had, totally moist with amazing flavours. My brother ate the entire cake all by himself - true testimony of a cake well made! Thanks team- we are surely returning for more

Beautiful cakes and an amazing service. Being in canada , I was ordering a cake for my sister. The service was so good and as per the cake, it was really good, unfortunately i could not taste it but the feedback was really good. They made it so easy for me in terms of design and payments. Very flexible. Must order and try them. ♥️

Aparna is a great baker. I was looking to get custom made cupcakes really last minute. When mostly everyone said no due to time constraints she took up the order and delivered amazing cupcakes. The whole experience of the cupcakes from the design to the chocolate flavour was amazing. I'm not a big fan of frosting but her suggestion to include the frosting and the way she made it completely blew my mind. I'm surely going to go back to her for all my cakes. I will recommend her to everyone looking for cake customization!

I ordered the chocolate and whiskey cake with a gardening theme. The fondant decoration was nicely done. The flavour of the cake was wonderful. Slightly bitter, rich chocolate, good dash of whiskey, and the frosting had a subtle taste of orange, which brought the whole cake together beautifully. Finally, the whole process from order to delivery was extremely efficient. The people are responsive and helpful.

My experience with The Bakers.in was extremely wonderful! I wanted to order a customized cake for a friend's birthday and reached out for the same on whatsapp. The entire process right from the initial communication until delivery was absolutely seamless. I was provided with options and all necessary information for deciding my final outcome of how the cake must look like. All necessary specifications were taken care of and there was a lot of adjustment and flexibility shown on the baker's part. Not to forget the delivery which was carried out smoothly by them. The cake looked beautiful and tasted really good with a super moist bread and decadent chocolate icing! I would definitely recommend the services of The Bakers.in to everyone!

I ordered two cakes for my daughter’s first birthday from The Bakers. They were very responsive to my specific request and delivered on time. Worst cake ever. I recommend people with good taste and people who want to order cakes for loved ones, think well and long before placing the order. Requested for a birthday cake with a Sagittarius bow and arrow cake and a No fondant cake as advertised by them. The cake was covered in fondant despite asking for no fondant. Aparna who was in conversation with me regarding the cake, she said fondant will be used for the bow, so I agreed ... But she even made the fondant layer coating around the cake. Requested for a chocolate strawberry cake .. strawberries barely visible, cake tasted bad. Very disappointed and sad. The cake costed a total of 5000 rupees. Price was ok since it was customised, advance also paid without any discussion. The other half of the money she asked before delivery so we requested that we pay after seeing the cake safe and sound. She argued, she guaranteed safe delivery of the cake, gave examples of wedding cake deliveries done right around Delhi. We finally agreed to believe in her confidence and paid the money.... As you can see in the picture, the bow broke. Cake was not white as requested. No Gold dust despite requesting. The fondant was a weird cream color.
