गाइड करने के लिए कोई नहीं, बिल बनवाने के बाद हर काउंटर पर 1 घंटा खड़ा रहना पड़ता है, जबकि 70% काउंटर होने के बाद भी बने रहते है। समान कहा है, कितने का है, क्या ऑफर है इसके लिए कोई जिम्मेदार इंसान नहीं ।
It is kind of a small grocery shop, don't expect it as a normal dmart because its small, although it is good for daily essentials.
Location: Dmart Ready Outlet, 9, Bhagat Singh Marg, Nai Duniya, Saifee Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452014 I had a very unpleasant experience at this outlet today. I was the first person ready for payment at the counter, but unfortunately, my two payment attempts failed due to technical issues. Instead of allowing me to try again politely, the staff member Bharti rudely pushed me aside and started billing two other customers ahead of me — without any courtesy or explanation. Just because a payment fails doesn’t mean a customer should be ignored or disrespected. Her behavior was arrogant, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I have also posted a picture as proof of the situation. I am going to report this matter through email as well and will be filing a formal complaint, demanding strict action against such disrespectful conduct. Dmart should seriously train its staff on how to treat customers with basic dignity.
